Perdue Farms, Lewiston NC

CleanCycle’s first project is located in Lewiston, North Carolina. The CO₂liquefaction plant is a bolt-on to an RNG upgrade facility. This represents the first CO₂ upgrade system off an RNG Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) upgrading system in the United States, and a first at this small of a production scale. CleanCycle Carbon’s team was responsible for the design, construction, and commissioning of this site.  The liquid product CO₂ is being used by the food producer as a cryogenic, decoupling a critical supply chain constraint of CO₂ for our customer.
