About Us
CleanCycleCarbon is a privately held company that actively captures CO2 from emissions streams and purifies it for sequestration or beneficial reuse. Founded in 2021, CleanCycleCarbon was born out of solving a critical CO2 supply chain risk for a major food producer by capturing CO2 from the customer’s own waste stream and purifying it for beneficial on-site reuse in cryogenic applications. Our first facility is FDA certified and consistently produces beverage grade liquid CO2 that can be used for commercial applications or permanent sequestration. The project has won numerous innovation and sustainability awards.

CleanCycleCarbon has developed a proprietary technology and operating platform capable of deploying carbon capture across a wide range of pre- and post-combustion emissions sources, including power plants, boilers, regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs), direct air capture systems, and renewable natural gas (RNG) tailgas.
CleanCycleCarbon is rapidly becoming a leading supplier of biogenic and renewable CO2 to critical industries and can also sequester CO2 for durable and permanent storage.
The Process
CO2 Sources
CO2 is generated from a variety of sources. Decomposing waste, RNG tailgas, landfills, combustion of fossil fuels in power plants, boilers, RTO’s, fermentation, and others. CleanCycleCarbon partners with industries wishing to reduce their emissions and installs our equipment to capture CO2 from waste streams. Our partners benefit by reducing their emissions, reducing their carbon intensity, recapturing un-combusted hydrocarbons and in some cases generating a reusable input into their own process to achieve circular solutions.
The Technology
CleanCycleCarbon developed its own patent pending technology to liquify and purify liquid beverage grade CO2, usable for all industrial and food applications, as well as sequestration for permanent storage. A sophisticated series of purification steps to remove sulfur compounds and other impurities followed by a media and cryogenic driven inert separation process consistently produces the highest CO2 purity available. CleanCycleCarbon uses external testing and verification partners to provide our customers assurance of a rigorous testing and quality control process.
